Resorcinol & HMMM / HMT Based
Aurobond is direct bonding system leads to high adhesion value between fabric and coated steel cord with rubber compound. At the time of vulcanisation, the resin is migrated to the interface of fabric and forms a stable chemical bridge between reinforcing materials and rubber compound.
Dry Bonding Agents are suitable for bonding rubber to different types of synthetic fabric like Rayon, Nylon, Polyestar, Polyvinyl Alcohol and rubber to brass coated steel in the manufacture of tyres, conveyors and power transmission belting, hoses, rubberised fabric and specialized rubber products.

Aurobond RD I (S)- Physio chemical mixture of modified Resorcinol and Inert Carrier in free flowing powder form.
Aurobond R22- Precondensed modified resorcinol formaldehyde resin
Aurobond R50(S)- Modified resorcinol formaldehyde resin – 50% aqueous solution.
