Adhesion Promoter of metal to Rubber Bonding
Proprietary Inorganic bonding agent, coated with polymeric binder and easily disposable in rubber compound. Principally used in combination with cobalt compound to form high bond strength with coated steel cord and rubber in the manufacturer of radial tyres, steel cord, conveyor belts and high pressure hoses.
Technical Advantages
- Bonding Promoter for metal to rubber based compound, specially Zinc or brass coated Steel wire or steel cord, where cobalt based bonding agent is being used
- It is highly compatible with Cobalt Boron Complex (CBC) Bonding agent, i.e it can be used alone or in combination with CBC
- Its very much compatible with rubber compound based on NR/SBR/CR/NBR etc.
